SUPREME PILATES

Neisi is a fully qualified Pilates instructor who works on a one-to-one basis. She is trained in matwork, the machines (Reformer, Chair and Cadillac) as well as Pilates for Pregnancy and for Seniors.

Pilates can be particularly beneficial to manage stress, diminish back pain, and improve posture. A session may focus on reactivating deep abdominal muscles, increasing core strength, awareness of the spine, breathing, flexibility or muscle strength.

£75 or block of ten sessions £650

 

I have been a client of Neisi's for 4 years. In that time she has transformed my life by enabling me to return to my pre-pregnancy state, something that I feared would never happen. Through Neisi's careful teaching of Pilates techniques I have been able to take up running and graduate to Running 10K races. Prior to meeting with Neisi I was only able to run for 10 minutes before my back pain made me stop. I now have the joy of experiencing a second pregancy post-Pilates and am amazed by the difference.
